My last two flips have been my biggest wins with a new one under contract as we speak and its been amazing to start to see the fruits of my labor come to ripe.

It has not been fruitful but eventually something should stick.

@Ginger Marcos   This is slightly off topic....but I invest in Cleveland and I live in California also......Have you considered the thought of, instead of putting all your eggs in one basket....leverage yourself and buy 2 or 3 properties with 20-25% down instead of sinking it all into one property?

I hope you decide to give it another go when you're up to it and whatever Avenue you pursue is fruitful for you. 

Since I have lived around Tampa, the Freeze Zone had dropped down twice, killing the majority of citrus fruits north of Tampa which is where that zone has stopped moving South.

I have a nice little welcome basket for them when they arrive, I provide a pile of coffee pods, sugar and the like as well as a ton of spices, a small jar of peanut butter/jelly, a can of spaghetti sauce and pasta..that sort of thing.

We don’t want to put all our eggs in that basket.

Ive seen the fruits from my labor.

See if there are left over hanging baskets and plant the contents of that into the garden. 

I totally missed Williamsburg, which would have had the best fruits had I planted there!
