Which is fine but as I grow as an entrepreneur I see you have to have multiple sources of income in real estate and in business.

I just want to provide some space for buddy entrepreneurs to have a nice desk, access to printers/scanners, etc. 

Unfortunately, some very poor entrepreneurs who are PM company owners will say the same thing.
