My recommendation is that you grow a pair and put your foot down. if you can't do it with this guy, how are you going to do it with the next one?

Now, the USA, Japan, and probably Europe are running a race to the bottom to devalue their currencies.

Yes, I see all kinds of folks saying that....it sounds cool, to some, probably why they say it, like grow a pair, be bold and I didn't mean that it was just guru speak......You can not justify doing the wrong thing, when you know you're doing wrong. 

This financing is also paired with a 30 year fixed conventional together (underwritten simultaneously).

I was envisioning a casual stroll around the premises with a glass of iced tea, a high-powered flashlight, and a good pair of binoculars, and scribbling a few notes in a nice leather portfolio in between taking calls on the smart phone.

Have you considered pairing with a couple other local investors, then, as a group, finding a qualified person to handle all of the collective properties?
