All of the systems I have tested for small to medium sized companies have weak reporting functions.

She's the talkative one so she does all the sales and I'm more introverted computer techy person so I do all of the behind the scenes stuff.Things just work when you follow your heart and use your strengths and let someone else cover your weaknesses.

I've been talking to a lot of people about selling their parents' homes but the problem is the dollar is weak. 

I think the trophy wife is going to collect her paycheck.I also suspect that the "retiring" from golf is so that he will have no income to get attached in the divorce settlement.I don't have much interest in celebrities, but I do think it is a shame when the very very few celebs who can be held up as role models turn out to be the same sort of self-indulgent weak moraled humans as the rest of the celebs.

However, I thought I would mention that there is a trend right now of buying properties in Japan because of the weak yen against the dollar, ¥123 to US$1.

I would say my biggest weakness is definitely on the bookkeeping side.

Let them know, per your lease....weakly worded it seems, that any changes are to be approved by you in advance.  

There are no guarantees and real estate investing is not for the weak hearted but you've armed yourself with a lot of education and that counts for something.

And everything was recorded by hand in the big books.. (  not sure if this is still how they do it on the east coast at the courthouses.then in then 70s courthouses and title companies started to get digitized IE micro fisch.We were still using carbon paper when I started... fax machines were not invented yet.. so we had to make copies then we had NCR paper and that was huge.. then we started faxing but the darn paper the image would fade away over time so that was not really good for legal docs etc.The counties got into the computer age and created their GIS systems  which really helped this started in the 90s with computers entering the homes and work desks.Scan became a thing  then docu sign.. and then counties electronically filing deeds as well.Nothing has changed with Notaries in all my years in the business its still in my mind very weak link to protect real estate transactions.. for a number of reasons that I wont discuss as I don't want to give bad guys any more ammo .
