@Matt Inouye  That is funny indeed, either way, I'd have another if I was confident in my numbers.Chris Mason  I've been able to challenge and win on multiple occasions, its not about the appraiser not wanting to look as though they dont know what they're doing, its about you knowing what you're doing in challenging them.  

My attorney has saved my rear end on numerous occasions during the title search process.
