Yes, a great deal cash, can be a bad deal without the right financing and vice versa.  

Just recognize it for what it is and know that you can get back to XYZ when ABC slows down or vice versa.

This is just my method and it works well enough if you want a clear cut way to do something:  Score each section honestly with 1-4.  1 being the best, 4 being the worst or vice versa... doesn't actually matter (for the sake of this, we'll do 1 = best). 

Traveling across town from the North to the South or vice versa is also a pain.There are good neighborhoods and bad neighborhoods and they are pretty easy to distinguish.

Actually it is a benefit for one party to "check" the other party so that these wild changes do not occur and the people as a whole can rely upon a fairly consistant overall policy.I think it would be very interesting to have the two parties put forth their men to run for the president with the loser becomming the Vice President.

If the buyer is making pmts on the loan, the seller is at risk...and vice versa.

Be 100% honest if you feel like your contribution isn't being valued enough or vice versa.

And unless I go to the 203k loan route, vice to my initial VA loan plan, cashflow would be more feasible.
