Looking for advice/ideas to create a partnership between my brother who lives in LA and myself who lives in Milwaukee, WI.  We are starting to invest in rental properties in the Milwaukee area.  He has better credit than me and also has more cash available.  I have a home equity line for most of the cash needed on my end.  I have been doing all of the leg work in find properties and will be doing the property management just not sure what is the fair way to structure a partnership so everyone wins.
