I woulf go buy no trespass signs and change locks right now but everyone with true legal  real estate experience and  the state of Illinois website says its illegal for me to do that even if they were strangers.

If you are looking for investments (I can share you our portfolio) so you can see that I am no stranger in investing. 

I don't have any friends or family who have that kind of jack to put into a deal, regardless of the projected return (currently 278%, which includes return of 100% of original investment plus cumulative cash distributions over a 5-year timeframe; like I said, this appears to be a great deal).I've got a pretty deal package put together, with lots of information and spreadsheets (I really like spreadsheets), so if a random stranger said, "Hey, you got anything I can invest in?"

Also, since you lived in the place, I don't think you need a property manager - you'll know the nuances of the house better than any stranger.  

Now there are over 100,000 bpers so I would think at least a few thousand could potentially comment but like most regular folks have better things to do than discuss their private holdings to random strangers on a Saturday morning.

Truth be told, you're actually better off meeting people in person rather than looking for money on the internet, which is a dangerous place full of strangers and scammers.  

You have a beautiful family based off your profile pic and if you and your wife would like to join me and my boyfriend for a bite to eat one day, we'd happily go out to discuss real estate (he's used to me telling him I'm going to lunch with a stranger from the internet for real estate or a lunch/dinner date with realtor friends-- lol nothing surprises him anymore). 

My ball python that I had from a few weeks old wasn't even that cool around strangers.

@Chris May, it is sad but you shouldn't run your investment into the ground to help strangers.
