Hello again BP, i had just read the post "How I Decide What I Buy" and i came across a very interesting sentences stating "mismanaged properties with vacant units which need remodeled and re-rented can not possibly make money on day one.

Don't those two sentences seem to contradict each other?

Nobody reads beyond a few sentences or skims the rest. 

And they'll read one sentence and form a complete and decisive opinion about a situation, as if all people that wear thumb rings and have tattoos are bad tenants.
