I do believe we both give back and pay it forward even when it doesn't seem to return but I'm sure you do agree, we do it for that one like us who needs that one piece of nugget of information to send them over.Heck, I read one sentence in an entire program that reeled me off many properties which by the way I still use today (nugget of info)...
