These folks are so deeply rooted, it is extremely difficult to fight them.So we just work within their political system.

And then you are looking at condos in CA for sub 10k I would think that's a typo...My roots are Milwakee based and I am thinking of moving into that market and helping some investors get started

Also, while I live in CT now, I'm originally from Michigan (I'm sure the last name gives away my Hollander roots) and there's a good chance we may be back in the Grand Rapids area.  

Ran a camera and found tree roots in the sewer line.

If you have any steelworker or cokeburner deep local roots in your family, mention them.

I'll then plant roots elsewhere and begin to use the equity I've built up in my San Jose home and profit from rentals.

That is rooted deep in the human need for purpose.
