He sold it for $350K, a flipper bought it, promptly put it on the market and asked for $399K.

In this market/climate with people struggling to get work done even on their own homes, is it even a realistic option to come in fresh as a small fish, find a contractor, and get work done promptly?

Before I finished the set up, all of my calls were being prompted to give a name, which might discourage that potential lead, and if they hung up you wouldn't get the sellers phone number.

I know there are some members on BO whom are paid by prompting those companies, but please only respond, if you have genuine personal experience both positive or negative.

They are very prompt in responding to any PM questions I have.
