Thought I would just jump into the thread and say hi to everyone, inspired by listening to one of the pod casts on 'Real Estate Rookie Podcast'.What kind of meet-ups are people going to, seeking to connect with like-minded individuals.

@Sean OToole  what a great post.. that in its self is one of the absolute best I have ever seen on this site from an expert you should do a pod cast I am sure you have been asked  @Mindy Jensen  .WE use PR  in a very efficient way.. and like you explain we have a very detailed thesis that we are going after.. we don't direct mail  although as you say it can work but boy you need to commit some serious dollars to it and be consistent..  

Although that has gotten much better with a ton of mods on here now.

He has a pod cast, and seems reasonable in terms of his knowledge, experience and pricing, as I have purchased some of his classes. 

Of course I understand that the bank made the loan knowing that one day they might take it back, but I think that a simple mod would allow them to not have to take it on their books.

He had a pod cast on BP and they took it down.

Not sure why all the money modding the containers.

We are more focused on what the property produces as is and what mods we can make to increase income.
