I came across this site when I was searching for "Flip Condemned House" and realized I was home! I haven't been able to upload a picture of myself since I'm on my phone (at least I think that's why). I've had very little experience with real estate in the past but I've wanted to do thisever since I saw my first house flipping show.
Currently, there is a house across the street from me that has not been occupied for close to two years. I have my sights set on it and I'm hoping to put an offer in on it eitherlater this month or early next. I will have lots of questions over the next few months.
