A recent study showed that 99% of American homes are not suitable for elderly residents.

I will be individually metering these ( water) as current tenants when they get pissed just let the water run.. this was also owned my the family that started it.. the lady is elderly and totally burnt out.. by the time I come into the picture its a run down Piece of garbage.. but its got income... 1 house 3 apartments 14 spaces brining in about 5k a month.

In my elder years I have learned that dealing with issues head first compensates for a weakened memory.

I would recommend you Google Jan Wynns, Scott Snyder, or Tiffany Elder and ask them about this.Secondly, if you can say that you buy property at 50 cents on the dollar and that you can make a property cash flow and have equity, how is it that my statement of making a property cash flow a measly $150 "raises the BS flag?"

The owner was an elderly woman up in age and the property was just neglected.

I wish you good luck and if you are thinking long term on a case by case basis, such as buying a home that your parents might want to live in someday when they are elderly/retired, but could be a rental now even if you were out of pocket a bit, I'd say go for it. 

Is this ethical....realtor bought for their own account from my elderly mother and turned around and sold it themselves for $50,000 profit. 

I have a question tho...There is a single family home in my neighborhood where the elderly woman recently passed away :(.  

There is a house in my neighborhood that is vacant because the owner is elderly and in assisted living.

He's an elderly man that thinks in "cash" terms.
