It's not at all fair that I sent those inspection results to the seller for no reason other than "do what I want, and figure out how, or it's scorched earth," but that's how I'd roll in your shoes, given that this transaction is STARTING at 4 out of 10 on the sketch factor.

I personally don't believe there is competition in this business, just a bunch of people scratching other peoples back.That being said, I went on the rental list on craigslist in my Jacksonville, fl area and went down the list and emailed a BUNCH of people inquiring if any of them had any "problem" properties. needless to say ive gotten a few irate people emailing me back saying im the scum of the earth and that I should get a real job.so im kind of thinking that my email didn't really send the right message, or maybe it was just him.

Seeing as 72% of greenhouse gas is water vapor and 80% of the earth's surface is water, I see how this plan is completely conceivable and logical, rather than some cooked up piece of bullsh-- legislation intended to pay off friends for political favors.
