Great question @Nate Hayes and I love that you recognize obscurity as a competitor.

But what are your competitors doing?

I mean, it's not mean if you're messaging competitors to learn.

Squatter are ejected and competitors displaced.

(or when your competitors stink at it...)people will see this:Any one that is all over the first page of Goolge WILL get most of the leads.And when people look for ways to sell their house for cash and Google suggests your name:You really think they will have a doubt in their mind who they need to choose?

If you believe there are competitors for the property, then you may have to make an offer before understand the full financials, which you will complete during your due diligence process.  

Then again, I may not since i dont want any local competitors to see the inner workings of my stuff. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Are there competitors (as in, other full service real estate investment companies) that you might recommend checking out instead?

Their management is considered excellent and used by some other turnkeys who don't have it in house.NOTE: If anything my company is a competitor of Chris so I have no vested interest in saying nice things about them :-)

PM handles all, owners are not bothered ( nor should they be ) with BS, $70 bux or so per month,(  SF, avg net rent about 700 after all expenses with PP of avg 65k )  repairs below all competitors, and not having to worry about it ,  screening tenants ,evicting etc, NEVER would want to be involved with any of that .
