Once you get your walls evened out, (a good stucco guy with a CAN DO attitude can pull this off) then you can stucco whatever texture finish you want onto a straight wall.

I think as entrepreneurs we tend to have an "I can do it" attitude, which makes us able to do big things.  

Insurance companies probably don't have as much of a forgiving attitude as some uninformed first time home buyer.

Their responses basically amounted to a "so, sue me" attitude.

At this point I don't mind spending the $300/$400 for a mold test, but the tenants attitude is making this so darn difficult.

And you would have lost a ton of money the last 10 years with that attitude.

I was talking about the general 'Blue State' attitude.

We stand to lose so much from an ever loving "don't want to work but take what I can from the "rich people"" attitude, that after a few simple keystrokes can destroy everything we worked hard for!

I try hard to keep a positive attitude and trust that if I've done my homework, things usually work out in the end.

Anyway, you have a great attitude and are obviously willing to learn.
