NICE AIRPORT.

Quiet neighborhoods and not to far from Atlanta Airport.

I don't know how to fly a plane, but I'm pretty sure when I'm around an airport, and I look up in the sky, someone IS flying those planes.

Northern Kentucky (which is actually where Cincinnati international airport is located) is currently seeing a lot of growth due to Amazon's 99-year lease and build up of a distribution center on airport property. 

I'm with Andrew on this one... smaller towns while offering great cash flow potential can get crushed by movement of big employers so be sure to heavily research the economy of the town as a whole when looking in more rural areas... usually something like a regional commercial airport or a big hospital can elevate worries on topics like this as larger infrastructural investments from both companies and the government can alleviate some of the risk in theory.

The airport is also having a MASSIVE expansion.

Any investor that wants a similar feel but with lower taxes I suggest some Chicago neighborhoods surrounding Midway airport- like Garfield Ridge, West Lawn, Archer Heights, Etc.

Tomorrow night is one of the meetings at the Airport Hilton!

Sure, there's plenty of cheap deals out there, but a lot of those are in the warzone.I am looking for something relatively close (within 45 minutes) of Midway airport, as I do a lot of traveling for work.
