I'm sure when cars became prevalent there were horse buggy manufacturers scheming on how to get congress  to enact protection schemes.  

Now, if you are in a business entity that contracts in that entity name and you are compensated inside the company for a job well done, that's a horse of a different color!

I think that is all horse s*&+.Tenants and renters are people.  

Here's a quick run down...My father purchased a ranch property back in the last boom.Purchased for about 1.5 Million.It's a horse property and one of the borders had an issue with us and to get back at us sent out Building and Safety.We come to find out that the property was purchased with the idea that all 2000 + Sq ft of residence was legal, we come to find out only 900 + Sq ft is legal, not even the pool is legal.They want us to bring everything up to code and draw up new plans reflecting such.Our realtor says we have a great case and can sue the previous owner, what can happen in this case has anyone ever experienced something like this?

I also think you are putting the cart before the horse as far as wanting to use property management.

And I have a GMC Model BAD-ASZ with a 2 JerryllPower engine (that equivalent to a 4000 horse power engine) with a 20 foot bed to carry any thing you possibly can imagine.The Jerryll Truck will be easier faster, more realistic to get the job done.See it that way.I too started with wix... believe it or not.And I too saw investor carrot websites.. and i too said "Ewww" no way.But then I asked myself the question.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I'm really trying to understand where the threshold of legality lies.
