Hi Diondra,As mentioned above, I do not think you'd be able to get FHA financing for an LLC owned property, but I could be wrong.Also, if you do your research and ensure you have an air tight lease and insurance policy on the property, you can supplement any of the benefits an LLC would provide you while owning a property in your personal name.
