(Also, it isn't just that he's working through a backlog of clothes or something like that, this high usage has been going on for months and months) I believe he has some form of cleanliness OCD, both because of this and because when he moved in initially he made many other requests for things to have extra cleaning, additional painting, or to be replaced.

From the beginning we have maintained our homes without allowing peeling paint, if we had to do paint we did it properly using tarps and cloths to prevent paint from getting into the ground.

I was pleased to learn he’s going to be great for this place and improve it ..fast forward >he turns out to be an absolute slob innevery part of his life.. his own looks ,his clothes he wears his car ..his unit stinks and is always filthy with food laying out ,clothes strewn everywhere and trash piling up on the deck !
