I've been trying to pick up some deals from wholesalers in the Tacoma or south King county area for a couple months now.

Ray there are quite a few large employers in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area.

Tacoma can be a great place to invest as long as you are in the right part of town.I would say the North end of Tacoma is a great place to invest for multifamily properties.

Definitely talk to a local agent and lender about first time homebuyer programs - we recently helped a buyer HouseHack in Tacoma, WA for just $3,500 out of pocket.

I am looking to find my first mfh deal in the Tacoma area (2-5 doors) to self-manage.

In my month of research, I am going to target my 981-5 area for any last gems  but because Seattle is overpriced, looking South from the Tacoma area up to Tukwila.
