A little about me I currently am working two jobs as a forklift and delivery driver.

We had signed delivery forms stating everything was acceptable.

I know of a Tiny Home builder who sells complete turn key homes for $25,000 with about a $5500 delivery fee.

My day job (hopefully not forever) is a CDL propane delivery driver in Birmingham, Alabama.

With that being said if I really "like" the guy and he is insistent on needing money for the supplies I tell him put a list together and I will pay direct to the supply house with direct delivery to the jobsite.

.  eligibility restrictions for DU loan casefiles and manually underwritten loans related to LTV, CLTV, and HCLTV and cash-out refinances have been removed, and are now aligned with standard eligibility;  HomeStyle mortgages are now permitted for these borrowers;  manual underwriting is no longer permitted for loans where the borrower has more than six financed properties; and  delivery of SFC 150 is no longer required (applied when the borrower has five to ten financed properties).

I manage ordering, delivery and pickup of dumpsters and (if needed) a porta potti.I select, purchase and deliver light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, vanities, toilets and other small hardware.I'm the gofer if one of the crew needs a part, tool, or box of screws from the local hardware store.I'm a real estate broker and that's where my real sweat equity fits in.

There deliver is either free or flat $79. 

I think talking the Philadelphia market, when you leave Center City and look at Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties there continues to be very little new construction (high land costs, inflated construction materials, delivery delays, etc.) and as a result there is not a lot of new inventory. 

It seems like even the delivery ones like grubhub are having a tough time.
