It's hard to really say one way or the other without having some reasonable estimates based on which you can calculate your expected return.That being said, given that you're young, have a good job, don't have creditors breathing down your throat, and have ample cash in reserves in case the rehab is very costly -- and I'm assuming these things based on your profile and the fact that you were approved for a loan on a $750,000 property -- I would lean toward going for it absent clear and convincing reasons not to.
