From AUG 2016 to NOW!!!!! New Investor in NC

Hard to believe I just started my journey into real estate investing in August and now I have 3 available properties in Triad NC. On August 19th, I decided I would devote and commit myself to real estate investment. Not a full 30 days later I had 2 signed contracts. Both deals fell through for different reasons but I learned a lot especially what NOT to do haha. Here it is, the first full week in December and I am still going strong. I actually own a house in Winston, have properties under contract in High Point and Thomasville. This just goes to show that hard work pays off. Never give up even with your last breath........
