@Tim Fitzgerald  and of course when you go to a live event the speaker usually leads with a nice picture of he family and kiddos  because that Is the entire reason he or she is doing this.. so they can spend more time with the kids.. not to mention the kids once they get about 8 don't want to spend much time with us LOL.. like is said rooted deeply in MLM marketing techinques

The tenant called because the toilet wouldn't flush/drain due to tree roots clogging the sewer line.The plumber tried to clear the clog without removing the toilet, but couldn't reach the clog.

I have both an individual lease and the section 8 lease as she signed the first one before we had the house inspected.Ill keep you all posted on this drama as it unfolds (I think thats the root of it...she loves drama!
