If i see them anywhere near anything I own I rip them down as a matter of course..If you want to do that .. buy a billboard.. or you can advertise on bus's bench's one of my agents did that quite effectively.. and one of the major distress home buyers in the PDX market uses bus bench's..

We purchased at 75% ARV with cash (HELOC), refinanced up to 85%, added the extra funds to the pot and bought a SFR two months after that with the same gameplan (this time 80% ARV with cash, then refinanced to get our money back plus some).
