If you have a good relationship and can throw out numbers without being offensive go for low or NO downpayment, 3% interest, low payment AND longer term. 

I'm not camped out policing this and I will usually give a friendly warning for the first offense but it is nice to have a rule with some teeth in it when you need it.

I will take no offense to comments of my naïveté'.  

Any agent that wants to back door deal with you in that fashion and doesn't have these "arrangements" disclosed, would be committing a criminal offense if they executed the arms length affidavit without admitting a business relationship to one of the parties to the transaction.Sounds like your radar is working well in that you smell a car salesman.

No offense brother, but I'd find a woman that had similar goals and aspirations as yours.....and then I'd marry her. 

Degree of housekeeping varies, but as long as no health department offenses, all is good!
