Whether you decide to Invest in A,B, or C neighborhoods in these areas the return can be great, and this can ultimately be the catalyst to jump start your REI in the city.

You can't compete with this in my area among agents with an investor niche unless you are truly adding value through something innovative - or unless you are an incredibly effective leader, trainer, and motivator.I welcome ideas but I would warn you that the franchise model for real estate is an extremely difficult business space to enter.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).
