Make sure the parking is adequate for 3 units also, most people around here drive as opposed to public transportation so parking is key. $250k is at the upper end for 3-families in Middletown, have your agent run a report on this and you will see what I am talking about.  

There transportation is very well located to feed into U City and or DELCO.

Close to transportation, parks, schools, houses of worship, restaurants, and shopping. 1/2 block away from Bergenline Avenue and Bergenline Ave.

Some times they use the gate to transport materials.

Job insecure, food, medicine, transportation insecure ~ and the first thing they need to give up is rent in times of crisis.  

So the failure mentioned that there are water coming to the porch and seem like a leak .. for god sake, it is just a porch and not enclosed, so water/snow are expected to come in.

I enjoy making a game out of saving, find new and better ways to be frugal.I also am not in debt, I am however going to get a lease on a car, because unfortanutly I need transportation to make money, and I don't have nearly enough money to buy a car outright.
