rental properties w/ gov't-subsidized interest rates is historically unheard of and unprecedented (unless you look back at Feudal Europe and you are of noble blood and trying to build a castle and you helped the King win his last war against France or whatever).

I've seen this circulating the web and have noticed a consistent theme here....All the comments on BP, Facebook or instagram that I've read are from actual STR owners and they all say the same thing "I haven't experienced this at all"This was posted by Nick Gerli using some source called AllTheRooms which is not a reliable authority on STRs.

Thanks for the responses guys....I wouldn't say the houses have been selling slow, but they haven't been flying off the shelf either....I guess I'm trying to wrap my head around the value of a top realtor in the area for the cost (30k).....like you said Jay all of our properties are on the MLS and get circulated to all the RE sites/social media, so I'm not sure a realtor could help with that....I guess the main question is how much influence does a realtor have over a buyer?

You have to leave some space between the foundation wall and your interior finish, and make sure there is a way for air to circulate in that space.

@Syed Rizvi @Eric GuiltinanHUD does allow for non-occupied co-borrowers on FHA loans but (typically) only when there is a blood or marriage relationship between the applicants.
