I have gained enough points to fly first class anywhere in the world for free  ( last year was Singapore an Thailand) ( 14k was what it would have cost for 2 tickets round trip)   and get free hotel for 10 to 15 days.. ( 2 years ago 10 days at the Hilton Waikaloa all for FREE.. simply by being loyal to the brand.I think that is the business man perspective..Not sure how many other road warriors like myself are on BP.. but I fly right at 60 to 70k miles a year and that does not include my private aviation up and down the west coast.So for me personally to save a few bucks and get no perks doing an air Bnb or vrbo in a BUSINESS setting just has zero appeal..I am sure I am in the VAST minority here..And if you have your company paying for it.. they will put you were they are going to put you.

It's in simple English and won't explode your brain :-)And tenants find the contracts easy to understand. 

You also should check your state's Department of Consumer Affairs under tenant-landlord law, rights, etc, which explains those laws in plain English.

I have new tenants (limited English speaking family) who prefer to pay cash.  

I'm English so my voice is pretty recognisable in the bay area. 

Our 4 tenants are immigrants and English is not their first language.We did not want to continue to pick up the rent for many reasons.We opened an account at a Bankm with a branch  very near them and asked them to bring their rent to the bank on the  1st of every month.

I have this real estate agent for few years everything go well until recently also i uses this agent because English is my third language and she speak Cantonese and English therefore i dont have lot of choice
