PS: making personal attacks because someone disagrees with your unqualified statement is not a way to make friends here or anywhere.

@Joey Budka might be able to give you some tips since he used to work for Marcus & Millichap.In general, fear is the greatest motivator. 1031X is being under attacked right now so that might be a good excuse to start the conversation in your mailing or cold calling campaign.

So I’m getting me a carrot site and while thinking of my domain, I don’t know whether to put my county in there or just put like “Bay Area” and then have my keywords for google say the couple cities I wanna attack that are all within a 15 mile radius.

I would love to hear some of your advice on my current situation and how I should be looking to attack this year and get a tenant soon, as well as add an additional property or two to my portfolio by 2024.

I mean that is a vast oversimplification of what the process would look like I assume, but if I was back in Denver and I could potentially get a decent deal on every multifamily by buying TOPA rights it seems like at least another avenue of attack.

California is a good market if you know how to attack it the right way. 

Doing otherwise would create a very good case for an alter ego attack that would pierce your company veil.
