I personally see their version of helping their communities LOL and in many instances its just not defensible buying the hood rat for 10k and selling to to some beginner wanna be buy and hold or BRRRR investor for 40k and make 30k.. you think that is OK.. do you think the people in your community could have used another 25k for their home and the facilitator made 5k ??
