Good luck.I agree, I'm aware of the privacy side to call the police, the call wasn't the issue, the reason to evict isn't based on the call or the circumstances.

I can put in privacy fence to make it nicer and also to give some relief from the random inquiring local drunk brigade.  

@Jeff C.Canadian privacy law pretty much precludes the amalgamation and selling of lists (probate, mortgage arrears/defaults) as you see done in the U.S.A.

Even if you own a house you can violate privacy laws.
