Within the group, it was my job to interview potential speakers with viable investment vehicles and that was how I was introduced to the people with this charitable project.

The Boston Reia meeting on Tuesday June 7 in Dedham features a speaker about Airbnb.  

I just finished listening to episode 2 of the podcast and The guest speaker, Karen, got a property for a seller subject-to and the seller had to write her a check for $9200 and I don't understand why.

I am a good public speaker and enjoy explaining things to people with great effect.

(REIA's are entertaining and a fun way to spend an evening, unfortunately most of the members are trying to find that magic way to get rich, at REIA you will find that many of the speakers and some of the sharks see you as a source of income and will up-sell you more seminars and courses, or motivate you to buy their properties at a great profit for themselves)Thanks One more question what do people think about mentor programs that you pay for how have they helped you or how have they not ?
