I would like it to be Excel based or Google Sheets compliant and I would like to be detailed oriented and have a tab that I can track items ordered for my projects down to the individual item description, sku#, quantity, unit price and total price.

After that throughout the year it was the dishwasher not working which i got fixed(which i had in the contract that any minor repairs he was responsible for however he withheld my rent until it was fixed), the rug for the stairs he stated became smoothed out and he wanted me to replace (which i did bc he claimed he, his wife and his baby sitter fell), other nonsense he Tried to get fixed were, light bulbs needing to be changed, lint finter, vent in bathroom "too loud" and fence had chipped..

There is one that meets monthly in Warwick, several in Mass including one that’s meets twice a month in Waltham and Worcester, and one in Fall River I haven’t been to yet but hear good things about,For me the key with any such group is to make sure it’s education oriented and doesn’t sell you stuff.

@Edward SalazarIncreasing the net cash thrown off by the business increases the value of the business.With 10,000 ft^2, depending on the orientation/exposure and the construction of the building, you might be able to install a solar farm on your roof  - or lease the space to a business which installs and runs solar farms - to further increase your revenue.

If you don't have sub-panels, breaking up the electric will probably not be the best use of funds.Water -- I'm guessing each unit doesn't have a direct run making sub-metering expensive.Noise -- Require rugs or install carpetingMy suggestions:- Look into city/town and utility provider programs for efficiency.

Even though the neighborhood is pedestrian oriented, parking sounds like a potential issue, at least for commercial.
