But you also purchase and pay for a lot of head ache, I think you would qualify for class "F"  (ha ha) on this one.

OP if you need some of the DR medicine (or the AA medicine, or the cancer treatment, or the cough syrup) is kind of up to you and your personal needs, not up to anyone else.

Low enough to cashflow, but stable enough to avoid to many head aches.

Following your logic, we shouldn't need a license to drive a car or practice medicine.

If this model worked then universities would be doing it with more established industries like medicine and law.

People can take medicinal marijuana by other means than smoking.
