First, I STRONGLY recommend you and mom go meet with the lawyer who drew up the will and have a frank and open discussion about her intentions and your obligations after she passes.

Also, I realize you drew a bad tenant, but chances are that was a one-time thing.

Hello, My names Drew McLeod and I am currently looking for a realtor in Atlanta that is very knowledgable about the different areas In-the-perimeter.I plan on wholesaling and looking for properties to rent/lease-option out but first I need to map out certain target areas(e.g. wholesale areas, renter are was, rehab/flip areas) Can someone give me a reference?

Actually the way you drew the upstairs would match with the stairs being flipped, That's about how I would do it other than the placement of bedroom #2's door further down the hall instead of directly at the top of the stairs.
