PS When I advertise I insist: "Must have own tools and Transportation!"

there are no morals or integrity in wholesaling.. its unlicensed un regulated  wild west caveot emptarcan you imagine the poor sellers who get taken for a ride buy this group of people.. 

I have a property management company in the Jacksonville, FL area that I have started and I need someone affordable, reliable and efficient.I have tried craigslist but I get so many responses with jokers who are either don't have transportation, over priced or over booked.

Not sure where you are going with your question....Well, not exactly.....when you first come to the US, you have no social security, no credit history, no transportation, perhaps no job, etc.So, while I believe most refugees (and immigrants in general) will be highly motivated, the process the landlord uses to "qualify" them may need to be slightly different.

I have read a lot of personal finance books that talk a lot about reducing expenses, but I particularly like your philosophy of trying to eliminate big budget items for Americans like transportation and housing while spending more time on going out with friends.

, MO, for some reason, did not even make the list (I looked at Unemployment, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Profession, Business Services, Leisure and Educational Services % Changes)!  

I walked a few blocks today around Frankford Transportation Center and it seemed a lot nicer than Arrott or Church Stations.

Also, closer to Baltimore Pike is more attractive I have heard as there are transportation options there connecting to downtown.With that said, Cobbs Creek is still a big area, have to narrow down your area you wanna invest in.

People rent everything now...housing, transportation, phones, music, software, rims, the list goes on...

Transportation will be by bicycle, golf cart or quad.
