Where I can find online trustworthy and inexpensive? 

Dont give up so easy...... run the numbers, do the inspections....if its a good deal, then find a way..... find a trustworthy partner that help you get the first deal. 

Find someone reputable and trustworthy in your market by asking around from people you trust and are in the business.

I would be using them as I need to find a trust worthy property management team, as I cannot manage the properties in affordable markets, as I live in California. 

Just because they are on here, doesn't mean they are trustworthy or reputable.

If you invest out of state ensure that your management team is competent and trustworthy.
