Real Wealth Network for first investment?

Dalton Arnhart
Posted

Hello everyone,

This is my first post on Bigger Pockets as I forward plan for hopeful early retirement, but I have plenty of time as I am only 26. Through what I have termed "blessing through tragedy" I inherited a sum of money where I can purchase my first investment property in the cheaper markets (as I live in California where there is no such thing as a cheap house haha). I've really liked the idea of investing into property to supplement future income (I also have traditional retirement funds growing). My ultimate question is which networks, or organizations have you seen success with?

I am currently considering purchasing a property with the Real Wealth Network (RWN) as I see them as much more open then other organizations/individuals, such as Clayton Morris. I would be using them as I need to find a trust worthy property management team, as I cannot manage the properties in affordable markets, as I live in California. I have not seen much negativity directed towards them, but not much praise outside of their own videos/ approved testimonials. So what are your thoughts on RWN vs. other investment organizations?

Also as I am new to the investing world, any beginner advice and other things to research would be greatly appreciated.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
