Curiosity got the better of me, and once we had the toilet in the dumpster, we decided to break it open to reveal the blockage.Ya’ll, it was the biggest gray squirrel I’d ever seen.Somehow that poor thing had gotten into the drain line, possibly through a broken clean out in the yard or through the vent in the roof.

Hello Zackery, I find this interesting with all other factors constant I think this might be a good partnership but what if on the long run due to circumstances that reveals holding the property is a more favourable choice to go with and  you now decide to hold on to the property as a rental will you both continue to share the cashflow until it is sold.

The point is to get the investor to believe in you.Your argument that people make decisions based on emotion fails to realize that investors aren't average people and they most certainly DO NOT make investment decisions based on emotions; maybe their instincts but not on emotion.Your analogy between bibles and alcohol reveals nothing and we can draw no value from it.
