What happens when the tenant moves out, leaves a bunch of trash behind and you need to repaint and clean it out.

I'm going to do must of the repairs myself, paint inside/outside, repaint kitchen and bath cabinets and some new lights.

I put 18k in materials I repainted the interior , replaced the old iirrigation, put up shade screens over the pool and lounge area in back yard, repainted and stained the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, replaced the kitchen countertops, replaced the flooring in both bathrooms and walk in closet and finally put a new Hvac and heater in.

I am about to repaint the exterior of a 4 unit apartment building. 

I know it sounds small but is $50 worth it if you end up repainting when you are turning the unit anyway?

Makes repainting and touchups easier on all your units in the future.  

Do they think im repainting it with lead paint?

Also, I'm looking to re-paint most of the walls and kitchen cabinetry as the previous owner chose some colors that I don't necessarily agree with :). 

Once closed, we repainted the property, fixed plumbing and other odds and ends.
