Are they genuine?

I genuinely want to know why people assume wholesalers are bad or dishonest?

There's tons of opportunity for all so just looking to connect with genuine people and put in the years to see this through. 

It all boils down to discerning the genuine value amidst the hype.

The gentleman that runs this with his son are genuinely fantastic people -- the father passed away unfortunately, genuine saint -- but his son and I are continuing to push things forward.It turns out the city here in Oakland is starting their plan review, so we're about 6 weeks away from permits, and we're likely 2 months away from panels delivered, so there is a bit of time before we have to execute on this project.

He always seems really eager to help and honestly very genuine in his understanding of the urgency of this situation and his desire to get these plans submitted.

My goal is simple: to engage with genuine individuals, forge connections, and mutually learn from one another.

I can see your point, but it would still look fake, and guests want genuine for a variety of reasons! 

I have someone that I am looking to work out a partnership with, their main role is to make calls, I trust this person and they are not just a VA that's just banging out calls but more so someone that understands everything and knows how to have genuine conversations and book appointments.
