For awhile i let this one situation deter me but, My dreams (and even my nightmares ) are consumed by everything real estate...whether its conducting the real estate deal of the millennium or falling from the roof of a tudor into a endless bottomless pit and passing "FOR SALE" sign the whole way down.

I had endless emails from her in advance of the showing asking for details of this and that, and going on about her plans to open a practice.

Our portfolio is not high-maintenance and should be pretty easy for a PM - with more experience in this business than my partner and I - to step in and, at least, keep the ship on course.What we are trying to accomplish is align the PMs interests with our own ... boring, same old, take the cheques to the bank each month and occasionally go fix something or fill a vacancy ... and avoid an endless parade of turnover every 12-18 months and the costs and lease-up fees which go with it.  

There's just too much to write here, but let me encourage you that there are endless opportunities.

This one is for the ones who won't give up and think that badgering you endlessly will force you to do what they want.I think some landlords don't realize or forget that "no" is an acceptable answer.
