The old kitchen/1.5bath & dining room then became the ground level master with an ensuite bath.

It was a 3/2 and the upstairs had a nice size living/dining room and the downstairs had a big family room with a space I could see easily framing out a 4th bedroom. 4/2, 2,000 sq ft when done.

Now it has another bathroom that was added, but the 3rd room ( which was originally a dining room) has a divider that seperates it from the living room.

There is no sense of elegance or look professional. 

I was appalled to see that  they had taken a section of damaged vinyl out of a kitchen dining space, and replaced it with a TOTALLY different vinyl.  

Many tenants in city apts do not have cars therefore easy access to public transport, shopping, dining etc is important.

I bought all of my material (eg 3 toilets, faucets for 3.5 baths, all lighting fixtures for baths, kitchen and dining and more including the appliances) after finding out about the program.I dealt with the Glen Burnie location over the phone and then had them deliver on a specified date.

In one house it's been in the dining room now for 4 years; this is a house with two children, one grandchild that visits often and a the family dog.
