I've listened to countless hours or BP podcasts and ready to turn that knowledge into action.

I have been reading countless books and forums, however I would like a more personal take by those of you who have done it.

I run into countless agents who just aren't as knowledgeable in the re investment market as many investors would like.

However with my out-of-this-world website harvesting countless of leads every week, I have YET to land me a deal from someone that is in foreclosure.Most of my leads simply come from people that hate the scent of agents.My advice to everyone here is to think on your own.

From months and months of reading every book I could find and spending countless hours lurking here on BP, I'm definitely leaning towards long term buy and hold properties.

@Arun Dharan    There are countless threads here on BP that talk about investing out of state.

And, of course, we read everything we could get our hands on and we listened to countless podcasts.

Now, I’m not saying that you do countless BPOs.. you have to learn how to manage the opportunity.

I personally use, American Savings Bank here in Cincinnati for my mortgages, and I have closed countless deals with them for my clients.

I've consumed countless hours on content like books, podcasts, videos, etc., and I am ready to pull the trigger.
