Although mobiles are easier to repair, many of the parts are specific to mobiles such as thinner doors with odd sizes, skirting, shower surrounds, etc. so you have to buy them at a mobile home supply store which can sometimes be more expensive.We purchased several mobiles (with land) with the intent to rent them out and ended up just selling them owner finance.
