Or hire a property manager.Extra construction material from rehabbing stays in a plastic shed/bin on the property (paint, extra tile, etc.) or immediately goes on Craigslist or is returned.

when u wake up in the hospital recovery room after a 2.5 hrs hernia surgery and tell your wife "we should lowball that dump we saw yesterday at 20k". of course, the first sentence was "I love you, shnookums".

Once you have a chance to give it a good crawl through, let me know things such as:1) Foundation (rubble, brick, block, poured, encased rubble, etc)2) Framing - ballooned framed, western platform or something else3) Wall section:Cladding - brink veneer, clapboard, shakes, masonite, vinyl, multiple layers, etc;Outer sheeting - plank (square milled or live edged); plywood; OSB; hardboard;Insulation - None, R5 paper-backed rock wool; R5 - R8 fibreglass; blown; UFFI; etcWindstop - is there a layer of lath-and-plaster in the wall cavities;Vapour barrier - is there one, is it paper or plastic.

The one caveat I'll throw out there is that Schlage puts a sticker on the lock underneath the plastic casing (which is real easy to remove).

I did prep it as you would cement, I made forms covered with plastic so it would not stick to the forms and I C clamped them in place to create a smooth surface under the counter.

I also learned a little from my dad and my older brother were both into real estate and construction.I still live in Dallas County but, unfortunately, I had a brain annurism and a stroke that made me bedridden since then but my brain surgery was positive I feel lucky to be still alive.
